Toll Brothers Goes Condo

Toll Brothers Inc., which made its name building sprawling suburban homes in affluent communities, also wants to be known as a major player in the nation's luxury condominium market. Toll's City Living division, which has 10 condo developments under way in New York City, is scheduled to announce on Wednesday its first condo development in the Washington area.
