Should 'Support Dogs' Be Allowed in No-Pets Buildings?
Q. I own a condo in a no-pets building. Recently, someone with an "emotional support dog" applied to rent it. I do not want to rent my place to anyone with animals, but I am concerned that if I deny the tenant, I will be breaking the law.
