Manhattan's 10 Most Distressed Properties

Real estate investors are complaining that distressed opportunities in Manhattan have become much harder to find in recent months. Of the $29.9 billion in distressed assets identified in Manhattan after the financial crisis, 74 percent have been worked out, according to data from Real Capital Analytics.
