London's Riverside Housing Boom

Encouraged by rising prices, London housing developers are cranking up production, particularly on sites along the Thames River. So far, they are finding plenty of buyers. Ballymore Group says it has sold 90% of the 514 apartments that so far have been put on the market at its £10 billion ($15.11 billion) Embassy Gardens development along the river in southwest London.
