Is a Home Warranty Necessary in a Hot Market?
Q. I am having a disagreement with the agent who has listed my 28-year-old home. Although I have kept it well-maintained, I want to offer a home warranty, because I believe it will make the buyer less likely to sue me should something go wrong after the sale.
